Palestra Sports – Amsterdam is a 1500 square meter sports club that serves the residents and tourists for more than 20 years now. Their long standing reputation is mainly a result of the helpful personnel that provides guidance and encouragement in group classes and personal training.
Most residents visit Palestra Sports in Amsterdam due to their gym equipments, they have everything you need for individual training. There are resistance machines, barbells, power racks and cardio machines in the strength training room, while the designated functional area offers battle ropes and free weights.

The gym is located in the heart of the Overtoomse Veld district, on the Marius Bauerstraat street. It is a five minute walk from the Rembrandtpark and has an onsite parking lot if you’re arriving with your car. You can also arrive by bus and exit on the Postjesweg street nearby.
